I was surprised that the word “election” in the above excerpt wasn’t in quotes, so I had to go read the whole article just to be sure… Of course. “Central Election Commission” was in quotes. Note how they also use the word “authorities” where it should say “government.” Hahahaha! Those crazy don’t-know-what-an-election-is authoritarians!
